Main Description

Sourcing means procurement of products and/or services from suppliers. The sourcing base of the Products and Services are investigated. Mostly the client is able to provide this information. While investigating the sourcing, recognize aspects of the identified sourcing that must be maintained in the new situation. These aspects must be documented as business requirements only if they are not yet documented in the existing Business Requirements Catalogue. .
